Who we are
Creating this course has come from me feeling lost after my dad died at the end of last year. These last few months I have found myself getting lost in playing games on my phone and really not motivated to getting anything past the most essential tasks done.
During Covid I became really interested in boosting my health and knowledge, I had a really great morning routine that had me buzzing in the mornings, ready to take on the world.
When I decided to get back some of my mojo I looked to back to that time when i was feeling motivated for my health, and decided its my time to get somewhere again, so here we are starting back at the basics.
This course is designed to be done at your own pace, if it takes you a week to do each exercise then so be it. No racing, no comparing, you should only be better than you were yesterday, even if that is the smallest thing like understanding why today didn’t go as you wanted and giving yourself the grace to be where you are right now in your life. Celebrate even the smallest wins gives your brain the energy to get the next thing achieved.
